StockFlow is a cloud-hosted inventory and business management platform designed for product-based businesses of all sizes — from a single-location retail store to a multi-warehouse distribution company.

Core capabilities
Inventory Management
Track every unit of stock across all your warehouses. Set minimum stock levels, receive automatic low-stock alerts, and run detailed movement reports. StockFlow supports unlimited SKUs and handles partial unit quantities (e.g. 2.5 kg).
Goods Catalogue
Your goods list is the master record of everything you sell. Each product can have:
- Multiple variants (size, colour, material)
- Multiple pricing tiers (retail, wholesale, bulk)
- A barcode (EAN-13, QR, or custom)
- An assigned unit of measure (piece, kg, litre, box)
- Up to 10 product images
Client Management
Maintain a 360° view of every client — contact details, purchase history, outstanding balances, notes, and custom segments. The optional Client Portal lets clients view their own order history and download invoices.
Reporting & Analytics
Every module generates reports. Track which goods move fastest, which clients spend most, and which warehouses are most efficient. All reports are exportable to CSV, PDF, or Excel.

Architecture
StockFlow runs entirely in the cloud. There is nothing to install on-premise. Your data is:
- Stored in ISO 27001-certified data centres
- Backed up automatically every 6 hours
- Replicated across at least two geographic regions
- Accessible from any modern browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile
