Welcome to StockFlow Docs
StockFlow is a modern, cloud-based platform for managing your inventory, goods catalogue, clients, and business operations — all from one place. This documentation covers everything from initial setup through advanced configuration.
What would you like to do?
- Getting Started — System overview, installation, and your first walkthrough
- Create an Inventory — Add stock to your first warehouse
- Manage Your Goods List — Build your product catalogue
- Add & Manage Clients — Set up client records and purchase history
Platform Overview
StockFlow is built around three core modules:
| Module | What it does |
|---|---|
| Inventory | Track stock levels, warehouses, categories, and movements |
| Goods List | Manage your full product catalogue with pricing, barcodes, and variants |
| Client Management | Maintain client profiles, purchase history, and segments |
All three modules are connected. When a sale is recorded against a client, the inventory is adjusted automatically, and the goods list is updated in real time.
Key Concepts
Warehouses
A warehouse is a physical or virtual storage location. You can have multiple warehouses — for example, a main store, a secondary stockroom, and a third-party fulfilment centre. Every inventory item is assigned to at least one warehouse.
SKU
A Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) is a unique identifier for each product variant. StockFlow auto-generates SKUs or lets you define your own. SKUs are used across barcodes, reports, and imports.
Goods vs Inventory
- Goods are the products you sell — their names, descriptions, prices, categories, and units.
- Inventory is the quantity and location of those goods at any point in time.
Think of goods as the catalogue, and inventory as the stock room.
