Installation

StockFlow is a fully hosted SaaS product — there is nothing to download or install on your computer. Setup takes around 10 minutes.

Step 1 — Create your account

1. Go to app.stockflow.io/signup
2. Enter your business name, email address, and a password (minimum 12 characters)
3. Choose your plan — Starter, Growth, or Enterprise
4. Click Create Account

You will receive a confirmation email within 2 minutes. Click the link inside to verify your address.

Note: If you don’t receive the email, check your spam folder. The sender address is [email protected].

Step 2 — Complete the onboarding wizard

After confirming your email you are taken to the onboarding wizard. This has five screens:

2a — Business details

Fill in:

• Legal business name (shown on invoices)
• Country and timezone
• Default currency (can be changed later per client)
• Industry type — Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing, or Other

2b — Your first warehouse

Every StockFlow account needs at least one warehouse. Enter:

• Warehouse name (e.g. “Main Store”, “Head Office”)
• Address — used for shipping labels and tax rules
• Type — Physical location, Virtual (e-commerce), or 3PL (third-party logistics)

2c — Import existing products (optional)

If you are migrating from another system you can upload a CSV file here. See Bulk Import for the required format.

To skip this step and add products manually, click Skip for now.

2d — Invite your team (optional)

Add email addresses for any colleagues you want to give access. You can assign roles at this stage or do it later. See Users & Roles for role definitions.

2e — Connect integrations (optional)

You can connect Shopify, Xero, or other tools now. See Integrations for detailed setup guides per platform.

Click Finish Setup to go to your dashboard.

Step 3 — Verify your setup

After completing the wizard, confirm the following on your dashboard:

• Your business name appears in the top-left corner
• Your first warehouse appears under Warehouses
• The currency shown matches your default currency
• No error banners appear at the top of the screen

Browser requirements

StockFlow works in any modern browser. Minimum supported versions:

StockFlow does not support Internet Explorer.

Mobile app

StockFlow has native apps for iOS (14+) and Android (10+). Download from the App Store or Google Play by searching “StockFlow Inventory”. The mobile app supports barcode scanning, stock adjustments, and client lookups. Full admin features are only available on desktop.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Enterprise plan customers can configure SSO via SAML 2.0. Contact your account manager or see the Integrations page for setup instructions.
